SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS

  • Call for Applications

Applications are now open for Summer Intensive: Art Practices for Teens — a full-scholarship art program for youth ages 13–15 at Contemporary Calgary in collaboration with Arts Umbrella.

This exciting five-day intensive invites young artists to explore exhibitions, experiment with materials, and develop self-directed projects with support from artist-educators in a dynamic gallery environment. Alongside other teens who are passionate about art and contemporary culture, participants will explore their own ideas, create original artworks, and share their work in a final group showcase at Contemporary Calgary.

The full scholarship covers the cost of the five-day program. Space is limited, and participants will be selected through a juried application process.

To apply, please complete the Google Form application. If you’re unsure about anything or have difficulty with digital submission, please reach out — we’re here to help. Email: education@contemporarycalgary.com
