Contemporary Calgary is housed in the former Centennial Planetarium which was built in 1967 to mark the Canadian Centennial. The building was built in the Brutalist style and boasts a unique structure that cannot be found anywhere else in the city, creating an architecturally beautiful backdrop for engagement, wedding, fashion, and event photography + films.

Details:

• All sessions must be booked and specify session times a minimum of 10 business days in advance.

• Full payment is required in advance and is non-refundable.

• Photo shoots + filming may only take place during hours that the building is not open to the public.

• Images may not feature any exhibited works.

• Due to the priceless nature of many of the works displayed on site, a staff member is required to accompany your group for any photo session.
