Join us for an Exhibition Tour and Meditation Workshop inspired by the exhibition Resistance & Respiration, curated by Amanda Cachia.

Drawing inspiration from the works of Resistance & Respiration, this workshop invites participants to an exhibition tour coupled with unique breathing experiences. Led by certified Yoga instructor Sachin Sudra from SUNISTANAI, the workshop guides participants in reevaluating their bodies and refining breathing through somatic body mapping, meditation practices, and gentle yoga movements.

Our FREE Contemporary Youth programs help inspire young people through the exploration of contemporary art, connecting them to community, global, and social issues that affect all of our lives.
