Historic Calgary Week: Exhibition Tours and Performance

Please join us for a curator-led tour of five solo shows by Canadian and international artists at Contemporary Calgary, reflecting on notions of belonging, power, resistance, evolving social dynamics, and speculative futures.

The tour will be followed by a A Long Dramatic Pause, a performance co-developed by Cindy Ansah and Erdem Taşdelen, one of the exhibiting artists, and performed by Ansah. The performance explores strategies of resistance through the languages of photography and theatre.
